Raw Material Selection
High-quality hardwoods such as coffee, halaban, and tamarind are carefully selected for their density and purity. Each log is naturally dried and prepared for the carbonization process.
Charcoal Burning Process
Using traditional earthen furnaces, the wood is carbonized under controlled heat and limited oxygen. This process ensures high carbon content and clean combustion.
Cooling and Sorting
After burning, the charcoal is cooled naturally to preserve its density and structure. Once cooled, it is sorted based on size, texture, and purity.
Cutting and Shaping
Charcoal pieces are trimmed and shaped into uniform sizes for export. This ensures a clean, professional appearance and reliable performance.
Packing & Labeling
Each batch is carefully packed in high-quality export packaging to maintain cleanliness and prevent breakage during transit.
Loading into Export Containers
